QUALIFYING: Lacroix Rolls to St-Eustache Pole

Captures Second Consecutive Pinty's Pole Award

ST-EUSTACHE, Que -- Kevin Lacroix put on a dominating performance last race at CTMP. He continued his domination by winning the E3 Spark Plugs Pole Award for the Lucas Oil 250 presented by Bumper to Bumper and Coors Light at Autodome St-Eustache.

The St-Eustache, Quebec, driver set a lap time of 17.171 seconds (83.862mph) to claim pole at the 0.4 mile bullring. His second consecutive pole in the NASCAR Pinty's Series and fourth of 2017. Lacroix's time just barely missed the track record of 17.139 set by Alex Labbe in 2014. 

Lacroix's No.74 Bumper to Bumper/ Total/ Gofast/ Gates Dodge comes into this event 26 points back of points leader Alex Labbe. It is clear that Lacroix is fast and will be looking for a good finish in tonight's race. 

Series points leader Alex Labbe set a time of 17.289 (83.290), he will roll of the grid from the second position. Anthony Simone will start third with a time of 17.372 (82.892). 

Donald Theetge and Mark Dilley will complete the top five starters. 

D.J Kennington and L.P Dumoulin will start sixth and seventh respectively.

Andrew Ranger, Alex Tagliani and J.F Dumoulin will round out the top ten. 

The green flag for the Lucas Oil 250 presented by Bumper to Bumper and Coors Light is set to drop at 8:30 p.m.
