NEWTON, Iowa — Todd Gilliland only had one true challenge. And even that went away quickly.
The 17 year-old from Sherrills Ford, N.C., had a dominant run in Friday’s Casey’s General Stores 150 presented by Vatterott College at Iowa Speedway, leading all but the first two laps of the 150-lap race.
It was his second consecutive win in the event, an annual combination race with the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East and West. The NASCAR Next driver has seven wins between the two series this season.> More
NEWTON, Iowa — Derek Kraus sped through two qualifying laps at bumpy Iowa Speedway as if he was a veteran who had always raced there.

SONOMA, Calif -- Will Rodgers will lead the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West field, which includes some of stock car racing's best, to the green flag Saturday afternoon in his home state.
The 22-year-old Murrieta, California, native posted a time of 1:17.949 seconds (91.906 mph) around the 12-turn road course, to score his first career K&N Pro Series West 21 Means 21 Pole Award. The lap came in his second of two circuits in his No. 7 Solvang Brewing Company Ford, and was less than one mph off the track record set by Kyle Larson in 2014.> More

Self's No. 9 Sunrise Ford/Eibach Springs Lucas Oil/Braille Batteries Ford turned a lap of 1:18.524 seconds (91.233 mph) around the 12-turn road course.
