Lap 18 -- Kyle Busch puts Harr and Lavender a lap down 

Lap 12 -- Busch starts lapping the rear of the field - puts Wes Banks and Kristin Bumbera a lap down 

Lap 10 -- Truex and Earnhardt have put space on Ickler, Bowles, Thompson, Holmes and Tardiff 

Lap 8 -- Kyle Busch and David Mayhew have stretched their lead to over half straightaway over Truex. 

Lap 5 -- Leaders are Kyle Busch, David Mayhew, Ryan Truex, Jeffrey Earnhardt, Brian Ickler, Jason Bowles, Brett Thompson, Eric Holmes, Alan Tardiff and Jesus Hernandez. 

Lap 4 -- Austin Dillon slow on the back stretch with a flat rear tire. 

Lap 3 -- Kyle Busch and David Mayhew pull away from third place car of Ryan Trtuex and fourth-place car of Brian Ickler. 

Lap 2 -- David Mayhew immediately pressures Kyle Busch for the lead. 

Lap 1 -- Brett Moffitt doesn't go at the start and falls back in the field 

Lap 1 -- Kyle Busch and David Mayhew lead the field to the line to start the race. 

5:51 p.m. -- One to go to green. 

5:50 p.m. -- Steve Park (missing driver introductions) and Jonathon Gomez (unapproved adjustments) dropping to the rear of the field for the start. 

5:46 p.m. -- Cars are rolling off pit road. 

5:43 p.m. -- Drivers have been given the command to start their engines. 

5:30 p.m. -- Drivers have been called to their cars and the start command is slated for approximately 5:45 p.m. 

4:35 p.m. -- Track drying efforts continue. It looks like an hour to race start from here. 

4:15 p.m. -- Due to rain in the area, the start of the race will be delayed at least 45 minutes from its original schedule green flag, 4:15 p.m. Jet dryers are on the track now.

4 p.m. -- The invocation was delivered by Pastor Aaron Loree and the National Anthem was performed by Jason Brown. 

3:40 p.m. -- Driver introductions have begun.

2:20 p.m. -- Light rain has moved into the area. The cars, which have been moved onto the track in the tri-oval in the order of the starting lineup, have been covered up. 

2 p.m. -- All 37 competitors are now participating in an autograph session on the midway at Iowa Speedway. 

1:37 p.m. -- Top 10 qualifiers are:

1:36 p.m. -- Qualifying has concluded. Eddie MacDonald does not get out for a qualifying lap. The No. 71 team changed engines, but was not ready in time to participate in time trials. They will start at the rear of the field: 37th.

1:31 p.m. -- Eddie MacDonald is on the five-minute clock to take the track. He was skipped during the normal qualifying order. Of the 37 cars entered, he is the only one to not qualify yet. 

1:25 p.m. -- Brett Moffitt moved up to fifth on the charts with a fast lap of 23.670 seconds. Four cars remain to qualify. 

1:23 p.m. -- With 30 cars complete in time trials, the top 10 qualifiers are currently:

1:14 p.m. -- The first lap of Ryan Truex moved him up to fourth on the board with a time of 23.617 seconds. 

1:09 p.m. -- Twenty of the 37 cars have laid down laps in qualifying. Kyle Busch, David Mayhew, Brian Ickler, Austin Dillon and Alan Tardiff are the five fastest drivers at this point.

12:55 p.m. -- Ten cars have taken time and Kyle Busch remains atop the board. Like Busch, and David Mayhew before him, any driver from here on out that moves to the top of the speed charts will be the new track record-holder.

12:48 p.m. -- Kyle Busch moves to the top of the board with a fast lap of 23.250 on his second circuit. 

12:42 p.m. -- The track has been approved to resume qualifying. Jonathan Smith will be the next car out. 

12:36 p.m. -- With light precipitation at the track, qualifying has been temporarily stopped to evaluate track conditions. Only David Mayhew and Jonathon Gomez have taken time to this point. 

12:34 p.m. -- David Mayhew just broke Kevin Harvick's two-year old qualifying record with a fast lap of 23.489 seconds. 

12:32 p.m. -- David Mayhew is the first car to take time as qualifying has begun. 

12:30 p.m. -- The cars of Jonathon Gomez, Eric Holmes, Chris Johnson, Greg Pursley, Moses Smith and Kristin Bumbera will only be allowed one lap during time trials for not being on time to the qualifying inspection line.

12:10 p.m. -- All 37 entries have went through qualifying tech inspection. Time trials are set to begin at 12:30 p.m. 

10 a.m. -- Sunday Practice has concluded for the Long John Silver's 200 presented by A&W Restaurants. NASCAR Camping World Series East Sunoco Rookie of the Year contender Ryan Truex jumped to the top of the charts during his last practice run of the morning and posted a best lap of 23.524 seconds in the No. 00 NAPA Toyota of of Michael Waltrip Racing. Iowa native Brett Moffitt moved up to tie David Mayhew for second on the leaderboard with a fast lap of 23.670 seconds. 9:45 a.m. -- With 15 minutes remaining in practice, There is no change in the at the top of the speed charts as David Mayhew and Alex Kennedy remain the two fastest cars. Kyle Busch has improved his fastest lap to 23.830 seconds and Brett Moffitt is up to fourth at 23.898. Last year's Iowa pole winner - Austin Dillon - is fifth-fastest at 23.907 seconds. 

9:30 a.m. -- At the halfway point of Sunday practice, David Mayhew's lap of 23.670 still stands as the fastest circuit. The No. 35 team has switched to a back-up car for Steve Park.

9:15 a.m. -- David Mayhew is atop the speed chart with a fast lap of 23.670 seconds. Alex Kennedy (23.824), Kyle Busch (23.888), Greg Pursley (23.949) and Brett Moffitt (24.103) round out the top five fastest cars. All 37 entries have practiced. 

9:05 a.m. -- Steve Park spins on his fourth lap of practice and damages the left side of his No. 35 car. 

Sunday, 9 a.m. -- The one-hour practice session is underway. Fifteen cars took the track to start the day.

6 p.m. -- Saturday's NASCAR Camping World Series practice session has ended. With just five minutes left in the session, Brett Moffitt became the first driver of the day to turn in a sub-24 second lap when he went around the .875-mile tri-oval in 23.847 seconds. Brian Ickler made a huge jump on the speed charts in his last time out in the No. 15 and recorded a fast lap of 24.059. David Mayhew's 24.097 lap was third-fastest followed by Jason Bowles at 24.146 and Jeffrey Earnhardt at 24.150. (CLICK HERE FOR COMPLETE PRACTICE TIMES)

5:30 p.m. -- Iowa native Brett Moffitt has moved up to second-fastest behind David Mayhew with a fast lap of 24.318 seconds. Billy Kann has turned the most laps of any competitor in practice with 70 so far. Defending race winner Brian Ickler is sixth-fastest in the JGR No. 18, and 28th-fastest in his own No. 15 entry while last year's pole winner - Austin Dillon - is in 13th. Jeffrey Earnhardt, in his first time running the No. 03 of Dave Davis Motorsports, has completed 43 practice laps and is 22nd on the board.  

5:15 p.m. -- The Joe Gibbs Racing No. 18, which is slated to be piloted by Kyle Busch on Sunday, is now on the track for the car's first laps of the day with Brian Ickler behind the wheel. All 37 entries have now turned laps on the track. David Mayhew remains at the top of the board with a best lap of 24.097 seconds.  

5 p.m. -- David Mayhew is 0.385 seconds ahead of the field with a fast lap of 24.153 one-third of the way through Saturday's practice. Jason Bowles (24.538), Alex Kennedy (24.581), Johnny Borneman (24.657) and Chris Johnson (24.658) have laid down the five fastest laps so far. 

4:45 p.m. -- Among the 37 entries, 35 have practiced in the first 15 minutes. Johnny Borneman tops the board with a fast lap of 24.657 seconds. 

4:30 p.m. -- The 90-minute practice session is underway. Seventeen cars took the track to get practice underway. 

4 p.m. -- David Mayhew will be the first car to qualify Sunday. Kyle Busch will go out fifth. (click here for complete qualifying order

3:30 p.m. -- The qualifying order draw has begun. 

2:10 p.m. -- Cars continue to go through the tech line as afternoon practice approaches. 

1:00 p.m. -- The No. 72 of Jason Cochran has officially withdrawn. 

11:15 a.m. -- In addition to practicing his own No. 15 entry, Brian Ickler will turn some laps this afternoon in the No. 18 of Joe Gibbs Racing as Kyle Busch, who is slated to drive the car on Sunday, will not be at the track today as he is participating in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series All-Star event in Charlotte. 

10:42 a.m. -- The NASCAR Camping World Series East entry for the No. 22 car and driver John Bolen has withdrawn from the event. 

10:30 a.m. -- The NASCAR Camping World Series garage opens at 11 a.m. The only practice of the day for the series is schedule for 4:30-6 p.m. Also on track today is the ASA Midwest Tour and the USST Super Trucks.  

Saturday, 9 a.m. CT -- The NASCAR Camping World Series haulers pull through the gate at Iowa Speedway.
