10:45 a.m. -- Practice is complete. DJ Kennington turned the fastest lap at 83.189 mph followed by Kerry Micks (83.179) and points leader Ron Beauchamp Jr. (82.916). Jacques Villeneuve was fourth-fastest at 82.882 mph. He turned a total of 37 laps in the session. COMPLETE PRACTICE TIMES

10:30 a.m.  -- After just a few laps, Jacques Villeneuve is 17th on the charts. The accomplished Formula One and Indy Car racer has not done a lot of stock-car racing on short tracks in his career. 

10:20 a.m. -- About half way through the practice session DJ Kennington is fastest at 83.189 mph. Don Thomson Jr.  is second followed by Scott Steckly. 

10 a.m. -- The 45-minute practice session is underway. 

Sunday, 8 a.m. ET -- The weather has cleared and the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series presented by Mobil 1 cars are rolling through technical inspection. 

1:30 p.m. -- The Tide 250 has been postponed until tomorrow. The green flag is scheduled for 2 p.m. Spectator gates will open at 7 a.m. Practice is slated for 10 a.m. with time trials to follow shortly thereafter. 

1 p.m. -- Rain has started to fall in the area as a large weather system is approaching. 

10:45 a.m. -- The driver/crew chief meeting is complete. 

10 a.m. -- The technical inspection process has begun. There is a full field of 22 cars on the ground. 

9:30 a.m. ET -- The NASCAR Canadian Tire Series is at Autodrome St. Eustache in St. Eustache, Quebec for the Tide 250
