Lap 30 -- GREEN FLAG: JR Fitzpatrick tries to go around the outside of Andrew Ranger for the lead but Andrew Ranger manages to hold him off.

Lap 28 -- Kerry Micks and Kent Nuhn are behind the wall.

Lap 26 -- CAUTION NO. 2: Kent Nuhn has problems on the track and a caution comes out.

Lap 26 -- Trevor Seibert and Anthony Simone continue to power their way through the field.

Lap 25 -- Trevor Seibert has moved up to 5th behind Don Thomson Jr. in 4th.

Lap 24 -- Andrew Ranger is still the fasted car and has opened up a 2 second advantage on JR Fitzpatrick.

Lap 23 -- Daryl Harr turns in Turn 1 but is able to recover and continue racing.

Lap 21 -- Trevor Seibert has now moved into 6th and is putting the pressure on Ron Beauchamp Jr.

Lap 20 -- Anthony Simone continues to make his way through the pack.

Lap 19 -- After making a pit stop and starting at the back, Anthony Simone has made his way up to 9th.

Lap 18 -- Andrew Ranger, JR Fitzpatrick, Scott Steckly, Don Thomson Jr., Ron Beauchamp Jr., Jason Hathaway, Kerry Micks, Mark Dilley and Joey Hanssen round out your top 10.

Lap 17 --  Jason Hathaway and Trevor Seibert make it past Kerry Micks for 6th and 7th respectively.

Lap 16 -- GREEN FLAG: Andrew Ranger beats JR Fitzpatrick to the line once again. They are four wide through Turn 1.

Lap 15 -- One to go to green.

Lap 14 -- Pit lane is open.

Lap 8 -- Don Thomson Jr. tries to pass Scott Steckly but is unable.

Lap 7 -- DJ Kennington gets shuffled back to 4th.

Lap 6 -- Jason White continues to run in 11th with Trevor Seibert, Joey Hanssen, Daryl Harr, Kent Nuhn, Dave Whitlock, Jarrad Whissell, Pierre Bourque, Todd Nichol, James Van Domselaar and Dexter Stacey round out your field.

Lap 3 -- Don Thomson Jr. has made his way up to 5th.

Lap 2 -- Fitzpatrick continues to put pressure on Andrew Ranger.

Lap 1 -- JR Fitzpatrick pulls out in front of Scott Steckly for 2nd and is in hot pursuit of Andrew Ranger.

Saturday, 9:50 a.m. MT -- The NASCAR Canadian Tire Series garage area is open. Cars are working through pre-race technical inspection. 

5:45 p.m. -- Qualifying is complete and Andrew Ranger will start pole with Scott Steckly, JR Fitzpatrick, Ron Beauchamp Jr., DJ Kennington, Anthony Simone, Don Thomson Jr., Kerry Micks, Jasonn Hathaway and Trevor Seibert rounding out your top ten. Tomorrow's NASCAR Canadian Tire Series race at the Rexall Edmonton Indy is scheduled to start at 11:00 a.m.  COMPLETE QUALIFYING RESULTS

5:43 p.m. -- Ron Beauchamp Jr. turns an 81.703. He will start in 4th.

5:39 p.m. -- Last years champion Scott Steckly turns a fast 81.539.

5:30 p.m. -- JR Fitzpatrick turns an 81.648.

5:27 p.m. -- Group 2 will start with Andrew Ranger turning a blistering 80.941.

5:20 p.m. -- The first session is complete and Mark Dilley has the fastest time in his group.

5:12 p.m. -- James Van Domselaar turns an 85.345.

5:06 p.m. -- Joey Hanssen turns a quick 83.973.

5:02 p.m. -- Western driver Daryl Harr turns an 84.226.

5:00 p.m. -- Mark Dilley starts off Group 1 with a fast qualifying time of 83.905.

4:50 p.m. -- Group 1 is scheduled to begin qualifying at 5:00 p.m.

12:50 p.m. -- The second qualifying group consists of (in order): Andrew Ranger, JR Fitzpatrick, Trevor Seibert, Kerry Micks, Anthony Simone, DJ Kennington, Scott Steckly, Don Thomson Jr., Jason Hathaway and Ron Beauchamp Jr. 

12:48 p.m. -- The first group of cars out for qualifying later today will be led by Mark Dilley. Along with him will be Daryl Harr, Pierre Bourque, Dave Whitlock, Jason White, Joey Hanssen, James Van Domeselaar, Todd Nichol, Kent Nuhn, Jarrad Whissell and Dexter Stacey. 

11:45 a.m. -- The second session is complete. Andrew Ranger turned in the quickest lap at 81.653 seconds (86.988 mph). JR Fitzpatrick was second fastest at 82.053 seconds (86.564). Trevor Seibert continued to be fast by being third quick at 82.081 (86.534). Kerry Micks and Anthony Simone rounded out the top five.  COMPLETE PRACTICE RESULTS

11:28 a.m. -- In combined times, Ranger has the fastest time between the two sessions. 

11:19 a.m. -- With 10 minutes remaining in the session, Andrew Ranger has the fastest times at 82.362 seconds. He is followed by Anthony Simone at 82.789 and DJ Kennington with a time of 82.819. Scott Steckly and Don Thomson Jr. round out the top five. 

11:03 a.m. -- The cars have moved on the track and the second practice session is underway. 

10:50 a.m. -- The second practice session for the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series has been delayed due to other on-track activities. Cars should be on the track in the next 15 to 20 minutes.

8:45 a.m. -- The first practice session is complete. JR Fitzpatrick's lap remained the fastest. Andrew Ranger was second at 82.618 seconds (85.972 mph). The rest of the top five was Don Thomson Jr. (83.432/85.640), Trevor Seibert (83.581/85.133) and Scott Steckly (83.619/82.981).  COMPLETE PRACTICE 1 TIMES

8:30 a.m. -- JR Fitzpatrick has the fastest lap to this point at 82.084 seconds for an average speed of 86.531 mph. 

8:00 a.m. -- The first of two practice sessions is underway. 

Friday, 6:00 a.m. MT -- The NASCAR Canadian Tire Series garage area is open and teams are preparing for the Canadian Tire 100 at Rexall Speedway in Edmonton.
