Lap 150 -- CHECKERED FLAG: Ryan Preece wins the Riverhead 175. This is Ryan Preece 's second career  win, and his first at Riverhead. His first win came at Martinsville Speedway on September 20, 2008. The unofficial top ten is : Ryan Preece, David Brigati, Howie Brode, Justin Bonsignore, Glen Reen, Eric Beers, Jamie Tomaino, Todd Szegedy, Chris Pateryak, Rowan Pennink. Lap 149 -- Ryan Preece takes the white flag. 

Lap 145 -- Ryan Preece, Dave Brigati, Howie Brode, Justin Bonsignore and Glen Reen remain in top five. 

Lap 140 -- Eric Beers, Jamie Tomaino, Todd Szegedy, Chris Pasteryak and Rowan Pennink round out the top 10. 

Lap 135 -- Ryan Preece leads Dave Brigati, Howie Brode, Justin Bonsignore and Glen Reen. 

Lap 131 -- Dave Brigati passes Howie Brode for second place. 

Lap 129 -- GREEN FLAG: Ryan Preece leads Howie Brode at the line. 

Lap 125 -- Running order is Ryan Preece, Howie Brode, Justin Bonsignore, Dave Brigati, Glen Reen, Eric Beers, Jamie Tomaino, Bill Park, Toddy Szegedy and Chris Pasteryak. Eric Goodale will be the free pass car. 

Lap 124 -- CAUTION NO. 7: Wade Cole spins in Turn 2. 

Lap 121 -- GREEN FLAG: Ryan Preece leads Howie Brode at the line. 

9:29 p.m. -- Red flag is lifted. 

9:26 p.m. -- Ron Silk is out with engine failure. Ted Christopher is out with front suspension damage. 

9:25 p.m. -- RED FLAG. Fluid reported on the track. 

Lap 117 -- Jimmy Blewett, Kevin Goodale, Ron Silk and Mike Stefanik pit. 

Lap 113 -- CAUTION NO. 6: Eric Goodale tangles with lap traffic Wade Cole and both spin into the infield. Ron Silk also ends up in the infield. 

Lap 108 -- The leaders have caught the rear of the field. 

Lap 100 -- Ryan Preece leads Howie Brode, Kevin Goodale, Justin Bonsignore, Dave Brigati, Glen Reen, Eric Beers, Bill Park, Jamie Tomaino and Todd Szegedy. 

Lap 95 -- Ed Flemke Jr. spins on the backstretch, but green flag conditions continue as he rejoins the field 

Lap 90 -- GREEN FLAG: Ryan Preece beats Howie Brode to the line. 

9:14 p.m. -- Red flag has been lifted. 

9:12 p.m. -- Donny Lia is pronounced out of the race with engine failure. Ted Christopher's car goes off on the hook.

9:11 p.m. -- RED FLAG. 

Lap 83 -- CAUTION NO. 5: Ted Christopher into the wall in Turn 1. He was loose entering Turn 1 on the prior lap and was dropping back in the field before losing control on the frontstretch. 

Lap 82 -- GREEN FLAG: Ryan Preece edges Ted Christopher at the line. 

Lap 80 -- Just outside the top 10 are Eric Beers, Jamie Tomaino and Rowan Pennink. 

Lap 76 -- Running order is: Ryan Preece, Ted Christopher, Howie Brode, Dave Brigati, Kevin Goodale, Bill Park, Justin Bonsignore, Jimmy Blewett, Glen Reen and Mike Stefanik.

Lap 75 -- CAUTION NO. 4: Donny Lia is stalled on the frontstretch. Woody Pitkat will get the free pass.

Lap 65 -- Ryan Preece, Ted Christopher, Howie Brode, Dave Brigati, Kevin Goodale, Donny Lia, Bill Park, Justin Bonsignore, Jimmy Blewett and Glen Reen are the top 10. 

Lap 56 -- Kevin Goodale and Donny Lia move past Bill Park. 

Lap 54 -- GREEN FLAG: Ryan Preece leads at the line. 

Lap 52 -- Ryan Preece, Ted Christopher, Howie Brode, Dave Brigati and Bill Park make up the top five. 

Lap 49 -- Rowan Pennink, Glenn Tyler, Wade Cole, Ken Heagy and Eric Goodale pit. Todd Szegedy will get the free pass. 

Lap 46 -- CAUTION NO. 3: Chuck Steuer into the wall in Turn 2. 

Lap 45 -- Ryan Preece regains the lead. 

Lap 44 -- GREEN FLAG: Ted Christopher leads Ryan Preece at the line.

Lap 39 -- Rowan Pennink, Ed Flemke Jr., John Fortin, Doug Coby and Ken Heagy head to pits. 

Lap 36 -- CAUTION NO. 2: Spin on the track. All cars drive off. 

Lap 35 -- Top five includes: Ryan Preece, Ted Christopher, Howie Brode, Bill Park and John Fortin. 

Lap 25 -- Outside the top five are Jimmy Blewett, Glen Reen, Chris Pasteryak, Kevin Goodale and Justin Bonsignore.

Lap 16 -- Doug Coby pulls of the pace and into the infield.

8:41 p.m. -- Red flag is lifted. Bobby Grigas III is being taken off the track on a hook. Ron Silk and Eric Goodale pit. Doug Coby gets the free pass. Frank Vigarolio Jr. is also off on a hook. 

8:37 p.m. -- RED FLAG. 

Lap 2 -- CAUTION NO. 1: Howie Brode makes contact with Chuck Steuer. Steuer spins in Turn 1. ALso involved are Bobby Grigas III and Eric Goodale.

GREEN FLAG: The race is underway. Ryan Preece leads at the line. 

8:35 p.m. -- Cars are on the pace laps. One to go at the line. 

8:30 p.m. -- Driver introductions are in progress. Doug Coby will be assessed a one-lap penalty for unapproved changes to start the race. 

8:20 p.m. -- The cars are rolling off onto the track. Driver introductions will take place in car.

6:30 p.m.  -- Qualifying results and starting line up to follow. 

Lap 25 -- Checkered flag; Ken Heagy wins the qualifying heat. The seven transfer cars are: Ken Heagy, Eric Goodale, Bobby Grigar, III, Doug Coby, Woody Pitkat,  Glen Reen, Glenn Tyler

Lap 24 -- Ken Heagy pulls away from the field as the white flag drops 

Lap 21 -- Rowan Pennink pulls into the infield 

Lap 17 -- No change in the top 5. Glen Reen, Glenn Tyler an Eric Beers follow 

Lap 10 -- Ken Heagy, Eric, Goodale, Bobby Grigas, III, Doug Coby, Woody Pitkat Lead the field 

Lap 3 -- Ken Heagy, Eric Goodale, Bobby Grigas,III lead the way 

6:19 p.m. -- Ken Heagy jumps to the lead on lap 1

6:18 p.m. -- Green Flag

6:18 p.m. -- One lap to go signal has been given

6: 15 p.m. -- Cars are rolling out on the track.

6:08 p.m. -- The National Anthem is currently underway as we perpare to start the twenty-five lap qualifying race.

5:25 p.m. -- Rowan Pennink, who qualified 25th, will start at the end of the field in the qualifying race for unapproved adjustments.

5:15 p.m. -- The top sixteen fastest drivers from time trials will make up the first eight rows in the main race event. There will be a 25-lap qualiyfying race to determine starters seventeen through twenty-three. The final five cars will be provisional spots to complete the field of twenty-eight cars. 

5:09 p.m. -- With a fast lap of 12.001 seconds (74.994 mph), Ryan Preece has earned his third career 21 Means 21 Pole Award presented by Coors Light. It is his first at Riverhead. QUALIFYING RESULTS

5:07 p.m. -- Ryan Preece moves to the top with Donny Lia left. 

5:06 p.m. -- Three cars remain to take time. Donny Lia will go out last. 

5:03 p.m. -- Bill Park, last year's pole winner, just registered the fourth-fastest lap. 

4:59 p.m. -- Ted Christopher, with three poles already this year, moves to the top of the list with 10 cars left to take time. Christopher's fast lap was 12.088 seconds. 

4:52 p.m. -- With half of the field through time trials, top five fastest are: Howie Brode, Jimmy Blewett, Chris Pasteryak, Dave Brigati and Ron Silk.

4:50 p.m. -- Howie Brode, the 13th car out, moves to the top of the board. 

4:46 p.m. -- The ninth car out, Jimmy Blewett, moves to the top of the charts. 

4:42 p.m. -- Five cars have gone and Ron Silk is fastest. 

4:35 p.m. -- Riverhead 175 qualifying is ready to get underway. Eric Beers will be the first car out. 

4:25 p.m. -- The qualifying tech line is now clear. Time trials will begin momentarily. 

3:30 p.m. -- The five fastest in practice were: Chuck Steuer 12.059 seconds (74.633 mph), Howie Brode 12.129 (74.202), Glenn Tyler 12.152 (74.062), Eric Beers 12.117 (74.276), Bill Park 12.150 (74.074). PRACTICE TIMES

3 p.m. -- Practice is complete. A full rundown of practice results will be posted when available. Two-lap time trials are set for 4:30 p.m. 

2 p.m. -- NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour practice is underway. Groups of up to 10 cars will get 10 laps at a time. 

1:20 p.m. -- The driver's meeting is complete. Pracitce is set to start at 2 p.m. 

12 p.m. -- There are 32 cars on the ground that will attempt to qualify for the Riverhead 175 later today. In addition to the 28 cars on the original entry list, Riverhead regulars Dave Brigati, Howie Brode, John Fortin and Frank Vigarolio Jr. registered this morning. 

10 a.m. -- Registration is open and the haulers will enter shortly.  Sunny skies and 75 degrees in Riverhead.
