FRASERVILLE, Ont. – Due to inclement weather, Saturday evening’s Z-Line Designs 250 presented by the Dodge Dealers of Ontario and Coca-Cola at Kawartha Speedway has been postponed. The NASCAR Canadian Tire Series presented by Mobil 1 event has been rescheduled for Sunday, Sept. 27 at 11:30 a.m. ET.

Rain began to fall on the track during driver introductions and never let up enough for track officials to get it dry. Earlier in the day, the 27-car field was able to practice and qualify with Ron Beauchamp Jr. winning his second pole of the season.

Andrew Ranger, a point shy of the 2009 series championship, needs only to start the race to win his second title in three years having won it in the series’ inaugural season of 2007.

Spectator gates will open at 10 a.m.
