Daniel Suárez, driver of the No. 3 car, and Rubén Garcia Jr., driver of the No. 88 car, were found to be in violation of Section 25.3 (actions detrimental to stock car racing) of the 2013 NASCAR Toyota Series rule book.
Suárez and Garcia Jr. were each placed on indefinite suspension, fined 75 thousand Mexican pesos ($5,760) and placed on probation for half of 2014 season for their role in a post-race altercation.
